2. Information We Collect

From Exhibitors/Vendors (through our online application):

  • Business name, contact person name, phone, email, mailing address, website
  • Payment information (processed securely by Square – we never store your full card number)
  • Any additional info you voluntarily provide (license numbers, descriptions, etc.)

From Attendees (prize giveaway or contact forms):

  • Name, email address, phone number, and zip code (optional)

Automatically when you visit the website:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring site
  • Cookies and similar technologies via Google Analytics (through Google SiteKit) for WordPress)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and confirm vendor booth applications and payments
  • To communicate with exhibitors about the show
  • To run and promote the official Prize Giveaway and notify winners
  • To send occasional show updates or future event announcements (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • To analyze website traffic and improve the site

4. Who We Share Information With

  • Square (payment processing – PCI-compliant, we never see full card details)
  • Google Workspace (email) and Google Drive (secure storage of applications)
  • GoDaddy (website hosting)
  • WP Forms (form handling)
  • Google Analytics (anonymous website usage data only)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies & Tracking We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the official browser add-on. We do not use Meta/Facebook Pixel or any advertising/retargeting cookies.

6. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA) Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes, we are not required to offer a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. California residents may still request:

  • A copy of the personal data we hold about you

7. Data Retention

  • Vendor applications and contracts are kept for returning exhibitors and for reasonable business/accounting purposes.
  • Giveaway entries are deleted within 90 days after the winner is announced, unless you opt in for future updates.

8. Security We use industry-standard encryption (SSL) on our site and trusted third-party processors. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Children Our site and event are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy occasionally. The new version will be posted here with an updated “Effective Date.”
