1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using ReddingHomeShow.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Use of the Website You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission
  • Attempt to interfere with the Website’s functionality or security

  • Submit false or misleading information on any form

4. Online Vendor Applications & Payments

  • All booth applications and payments are processed through secure third-party services (Square).
  • Once a booth is reserved and paid for online, the transaction is final and governed by our Exhibitor Contract (presented during checkout).
  • All booth sales are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Exhibitor Contract.

5. Intellectual Property The Redding Home Show logo, event name, website design, floor plans, photos, and all original content are owned by us or used under license and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them without prior written permission.

6. Links to Third-Party Sites The Website may contain links to external sites (Square, Google Maps, sponsor websites, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paul & Brenna David and the Redding Home Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Website or participation in the event.

9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The new version will be posted here with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Shasta County, California.
